The “ballet barre 8 ft.” is actually two four foot sections. There is no special joinery ( dowel or sleeve ) to join the two rods. Worse, they ship it in a box with the brackets with no packaging whatsoever. So the rods and brackets bang against each other during shipping. There were so many dents in the rods I couldn’t count them.
