Since im at home like the rest of society, its nice yo have a pull up bar that isnt some monstrosity that takes up half your closet when you arent using it. So I decided to give this a try. First thing I have to say is Make sure your door is STRONG!! I tried this on a bedroom door frame and it legit pushed the frame out and started cracking the wood. Which speaks well for this bar, bad for my bedroom frame. But once I found a doorway that wont push itself apart, this thing is heaven sent. Its thin, easy to store and does its job, I weight 230lbs and it hold me without even flinching. Although I do use it more low to the ground for crunches. The pads for your hands are nice for your feet so you arent destroying them.
