Got a friend to order this for her husband who has dementia….the design prevents you from getting the mounting bracket cover out of the way to install the regular screws they come with. The only option is to obtain hanging bolts or lag bolts. The hanging bolts from Ace have too long of threads that require you to shorten to fit under the cover . The lag bolts require a ratcheting wrench to reach under the cover. It came with no instructions but online pdf from CSI website, while confusing mentions hanging bolts. Installed, high quality and is beautiful but….
