A serious tool for serious workouts. Good machining and solid welds. So much better for shrugs, deadlifts, etc than a straight Olympic bar, but weighs the same at 45 lbs so the math is easy. :) Some other “prestige” brands sell hex bars at 2x the price- throw your money that way if that’s your trip, I’m fully satisfied with this one.
