This faucet replaced a similar one from another company for which I could not get a replacement cartridge. I was hoping for a brushed nickel finish, but this brushed chrome finish was the best I could do. I like this faucet because it can be mounted with the handle on either the left or right side. This was important for my application and procluded many other options. This faucet is also reaonably priced. These reasons are why I compomised on the finish. The true test is how this fixture holds up over time. I have some other Delta fixtures that are doing reasonably well for their age, so I am hopeful.We are remodeling our kitchen and when I scoured my current city for the sinks, faucets, and even garbage disposals that were required for our kitchen I was shocked at the prices. So one Saturday on a whim I logged on to Amazon and low and behold I was able to get almost everything I needed on Amazon and was able to save over $1000. !!! All of the items arrived within a week or less exactly as I was told on the website. Amazing I now direct others to Amazon for their plumbing and construction needs. I am a believer. All of the items arrived exactly as they were described- I think it a good idea to have the exact part numbers, as one digit or letter can change the color or finish on any of these products.I was sold a kitchen faucet from our local plumbing supply store. I paid $400.00 and will not name the Brand because it is so tiny I can't read it. I have had it repaired 3 times and it still leaks. I needed a bar sink faucet for the island and went with this little Delta and wow!!! The difference is amazing. I would recommend Delta to anyone replacing faucets.Works better if you remove the part that restricts the water , Very nice looking faucet with a design flaw, the faucet should extend ( back to front into the sink about 2 inches more )Had price pfister faucet and the supply hose burst. Could not get a replacement plus caused a huge flood in house. Delta nice they have a copper extension and male end to accept a supply line that I could add. Bought the flood preventive type supply hose from hardware store for $7. Overall appearance and operation of faucet seems good so far,but for the price of $258 I would of thought item would of felt more expensive, but feels a bit cheap but still kept. Not worth search for new and re installing anotherBut again nothing is what u pay for today.This faucet looks great. It was easy to install and feels solid. The finish is exactly the color I was hoping for - not too shiny but not dull either. We got this one for a vegetable / prep sink and it is just the right size to go with the small sink without looking too "dinky" or disproportionately large. Overall very satisfied.Excellent faucet. Matches the kitchen sink faucet perfectly. Could use a little bit more flow, but is fine for a prep or bar sink.Great product. Exactly what I expected from Delta.
