Pros :Easy to assemble. Took about 5 minutes (tip: 4 holes on each side. Whatever side you start on , holes 2 and 3 take the longer screw from the inside out )Packed very wellVery sturdyHandles are very thickVersatile (Deadlift, back rows , overhead press, overhead squats, farmers walk)Can accommodate fat gripzCons :It does not hold a lot of weight. Fully stacked with (25 lbs plates ) it’s 250 lbs + the trap bar which is 32 lbs (I think) .It does not come with any tools. You’ll need a socket wrench and a Monkey wrench . If you don’t have these tools , figure it out .
